The drug starts the change. What happens next matters more.

Patient's Edge is support for women over 40 on GLP-1 treatment. It helps you protect your muscle, eat well when your appetite is small, build strength, make sense of GLP-1 and menopause together and make the change last, on treatment and beyond it.

Built for her, from the start.

Most women using GLP-1 treatment are over 40 and many are navigating perimenopause or menopause at the same time. Yet menopause apps don't understand the treatment and GLP-1 apps don't understand her body. Patient's Edge starts with her.

  • Appetite drops and muscle can go with itJust when midlife makes muscle harder to keep.
  • Two sets of changes at onceIs it the treatment or is it menopause?
  • Advice built around the scalesNot strength, energy, sleep or what she wants to keep doing.
  • Nobody plans what comes afterSo results depend on staying on the prescription.

What happens next, week by week.

Five things Patient's Edge is being designed to help you with, in plain English, written by a protein scientist and strength coach.

Protect your muscle

Simple strength sessions you can do at home, matched to where you're starting.

Eat well on a small appetite

Protein-first meals and ideas for days when you barely want to eat.

Make sense of it together

Track treatment effects and menopause symptoms side by side, not in separate apps.

Sleep and recover

Notice what's getting in the way of sleep and try one small change at a time.

Plan what comes after

A clear path for stepping down or stopping, so what you've built stays with you.

One goal, one small step, every week.

  1. Check inA short weekly check-in on appetite, energy, symptoms, sleep and routine.
  2. ChoosePick one focus for the week and name what usually gets in the way.
  3. CommitSet a few small actions, try them and review what worked.

If your clinic offers Patient's Edge, you can also reach them through it when you need a person.

Your patients are mostly women over 40. Is your support built for her?

Patient's Edge gives your GLP-1 patients support designed around midlife women's bodies, under your clinic's name. Your team gets one queue showing who needs a person.

Check-ins and requests arrive in one place, sorted so your team can see at a glance who needs a person and who's on track.

Your colours, your name:

Built for your real patients

Muscle, protein, strength, sleep and menopause-aware guidance, not generic weight-loss content.

Your brand throughout

Your name, logo and colours on every screen, so patients experience it as your service.

Support through the exit

Designed to support patients through stepping down, not just the first prescription.

Clear about what it does and what it doesn't.

Women and clinical teams both need to know exactly where the edges are.

Patient's Edge does

  • Explain what's happening in plain English, matched to your stage
  • Help you build routines for protein, strength and sleep
  • Collect check-ins and route requests to a connected clinic
  • Signpost clearly to urgent care when something can't wait

Patient's Edge doesn't

  • Diagnose or tell you what's wrong
  • Prescribe or give dosing instructions
  • Replace your doctor, nurse or pharmacist
  • Monitor you around the clock

Built on science, written for real life.

Patient's Edge is being created by Dr. Aminata Kanu, a PhD protein biochemist, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and founder of RESSETT LAB.

It draws on her work on protein, muscle and metabolic health in midlife women and on the RETAIN Method, her framework for supporting women through GLP-1 treatment and beyond. Every lesson is written in plain, warm British English, with clinical content reviewed before release.

50lessons, each with an action plan
6stages, from starting treatment to stepping down
0dosing or prescribing instructions, by design
